We will set up an appointment to discuss your recruitment needs and the type of candidates you are looking for. Together, we will fill out a short Partnership Agreement Form.

number2Send Job Posting

You will be asked to send us your job postings.

number3Search for Candidates

We will search for appropriate candidates and send you up to three qualified international candidates to interview.


After selecting a candidate, he or she will participate in an up to three-month mentorship placement with your company.
